| Culture Formation/Transformation A “Built to Last” culture was needed for the merging of six global pharmaceuticals conglomerates into Aventis Pharmaceuticals. Idea Connections created a process roadmap that fostered systemic change and a common culture, guided the defining of the organizations core purpose, core values and Big Hairy Audacious Goal. Following the roadmap, Aventis achieved a 27% growth in annual sales, achieved the highest annual growth performance of an N.A. pharmaceutical company. They were rated the best New Jersey employer, recognized as one of the top 100 companies for women by Working Women’s Magazine, and 2002 employee satisfaction survey results reflected very high employee satisfaction. |
