Hi and welcome to our Website. My name is Bob Rosenfeld and I am the founder of Idea Connection Systems. Our company has been in business for over 18 years (since 1988).

Our focus has been on partnering with clients to help them “create new” – new products, new services, new organizations, new processes and new systems.

Over the years, we have accumulated a large body of experience and knowledge about how organizations work. We have been fortunate to partner with leaders and managers at all levels in many fortune 500 organizations, the Federal Government, and many large cities throughout our nation.

One thing I know. Creating something new is about releasing the human spirit of creativity and entrepreneurism in individuals and teams.

We begin by partnering with the leaders and managers at all levels of the organization to “make the invisible visible”, allowing everyone to see what drives or impedes performance and innovation.

Then we help our clients design and implement "something new” in their organizations. We consult, coach, and if needed, train their people in what works. We point out the land mines that can derail their efforts and we help them avoid these pitfalls. We utilize and integrate our experience in innovation, creativity, leadership development, culture change, physiocultural diversity & inclusion, and cognitive diversity to help our clients “create new”.

Finally, we stay with our clients until they achieve a “quantifiable gain” which is what innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit is all about; and more importantly, we show them how to sustain it!

We believe in the systemic integration of wealth and social capital, the “double bottom line”. The first bottom line is the creation of profit or “business capital”. It is the domain of business entrepreneurs. The second bottom line is the creation of “social capital”. It is the domain of “social entrepreneurs”. A striking example of the creation of a process that builds social capital can be seen in our “Mosaic Partnerships” program that links community leaders across racial, ethnic, and religious divides.
