Shaughn Bruton graduated from Buffalo State College with a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Administration.  He prides himself on his leadership with exceeding brand standards in customer service ratings, and his ability to reorganize, simplify, and create standards and procedures.  In his spare time Shaughn Bruton enjoys partaking in charity events, riding his motorcycle, hiking, kayaking, and remodeling his home.

As ICS’ Relationship Navigator, Shaughn has an innate ability to identify purpose and motivation of each facet and assembles cohesive symphonies of teams.  Working closely with our CEO, Robert Rosenfeld, Shaughn strives to ensure our contacts, clients and partners optimize the offerings of Idea Connection Systems.  Pryor to working with Idea Connection Systems, Shaughn Bruton worked as a Front Office Manager for both Hyatt Regency and Radisson Hotels.
