Jonathan Rosenfeld is a long time Rochesterian.  Jonathan was born in Saigon, Vietnam  and started life as a Bụi đời.  Prior to his arrival into the United States, Jonathan was adopted by Robert Rosenfeld and was one of the many Vietnamese who risked their lives and was taken into safety as refugees and international troops rapidly fled Southern Vietnam as it was taken siege by the invading northern army.  Bob and his wife nourished, and educated Jonathan in the racially diverse Rosenfeld household and instilled a passion within their children to embrace all races of humanity.  Jonathan attended and graduated with honors from McQuaid Jesuit High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications, with a concentration on Advertising and Marketing from the Roy H. Park School of Communications on Ithaca College’s campus.   During his final year at Ithaca College, and as President of the Ithaca College’s chapter of American Advertising Federation,  Jonathan was awarded the celebrated “Top 25 Most Promising Minority Students Award (for Marketing and Advertising)” from Crain Publications and Advertising Age.    This lead to a impressive 15+ year career in New York City where he worked on or managed the marketing efforts of : Chase Manhattan Bank (Finance and Banking Industry), Toyota USA (Global Automotive Brand Marketing), People Magazine (International Publishing), Duane Reade Drugstores (Pharmaceutical Chain Marketing), Bagir International (Global Fashion Brand Marketing; specializing in Eco-Friendly and Sustainable Materials), Mt. Sinai School of Medicine’s Chemotherapy and Oncology Symposium and Everyday Health Inc.

In addition to his work for internationally and nationally known corporations; Jonathan also serves on several Advisory Boards, where he applies his marketing expertise to Not-for-Profits, entrepreneurs and start up businesses.   Jonathan is an active member of Toastmasters International and served as President for the Everyday Health Toastmasters Chapter.  He also devoted his time to volunteer initiatives such as NY CARES and Nursha Project.  Jonathan has lived in Ithaca, NY, Manhattan, Greenpoint and Williamsburg Brooklyn and Astoria Queens and again in Rochester, NY.

Over the course of his NYC career, Jonathan has worked remotely for ICS and has always made himself available to the ICS Team and his family.  In 2013 Jonathan returned to Rochester and took on a greater marketing roll for Idea Connection Systems.   He was instrumental in helping the ICS team create and launch their new tools division: HumanGrid™.  Starting in January of 2014 Jonathan was appointed as the Director of Marketing and Communications for ICS and is actively working with all the divisions of ICS.
